ABOUT
Gretchen has been a Yoga teacher since 2015, and has been practising yoga personally for over 20 years. She has been qualified and practising as a physiotherapist for 30 years.
She strives to help children and adults find more comfort, calm, contentment, and self awareness both physically and mentally. She is passionate about practising yoga postures safely, so she keeps class numbers low to allow for a more personal approach, and will offer options, adjustments and physical supports to enhance your yoga class. She believes that meditation and pranayama (yogic breathing) are incredible tools for self care and positive change, and will often incorporate these into classes.
She feels the joy and peace that yoga has brought to her life and is excited to share this with you.
